Wellness – Why bother? We are all busy students. I’d rather spend my extra time on sleeping than on chanting a mantra. But changing the way you think can have amazing affect on your health, focus and productivity. Maintaining physical and emotional wellness can improve the quality of your relationships, increase the amount of stress you can handle and allow you to express your feelings. While in dental school talk to your friends and family that have been your support system in the past. Reach out to your peers, district and chapter wellness representatives for more ideas.
