Welcome to the Tufts ASDA! Everyone at TUSDM is auto enrolled as an ASDA member. If you wish to join our Tufts ASDA cabinet and apply for a leadership position, we have applications open to the whole TUSDM community. As a cabinet member you are the leader in charge of spearheading events that ASDA has historically set up for the entire student body, in addition, you also have the freedom to develop events which you deem impactful to the student body at large regarding your specific role. The goal of our events is to engage the entire population of TUSDM to impart knowledge about ASDA. We aim to educate all students as well as involve faculty as much as possible to help bolster support of our organization. All goals must be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely – leaving the participants with a clearer understanding of what it means to be an ASDA member. 

Tufts ASDA is a subset of the National American Student Dental Association which comprises of members of all dental schools in the United States. ASDA is governed by the House of Delegates who serve as a voice for the members and vote to elect the President, Vice Presidents, and the Speaker of the House of Delegates. Each school elects two delegates to represent them and who are therefore required to vote on behalf of Tufts during meeting
